non? okay.. hows about....

here's try no. 2...
this one has some details to be worked out...
like the blood splatter image was stolen from the internet... and its got pixel issues that would probably have to be resolved....
but i like it more than the other one cause i think its more clever...

also its sorta based on a true story!
i poked myself with a exacto blade once... nothing real bad.. but there was a lot of blood...
but the FIRST thing i did once i realized i'd been hit was to check the model i had been working on to make sure i didn't get any blood on it....
nice.

i was thinking it was like a t-shirt *wink* about how architecture school messes with your priorities....

kbomb this is perfect!
it's a quietly clever public service announcement from uoft. "working to change the priorities of young architects.--UofT's medical specialists"
splat!
splat!
oh god, . . . the models fine.
i'm the kind of lame-o who did this at the end of last semester. it's always one kid per semester who cuts the pad off of his finger.
shall we reminisce?

It is an oddly universal theme...I would guess just about every architecture student has a "architecture kid + blood + model" story. Mine was freshmen year. Some kid showed up to the final review of the year with his model spraypainted black. His explaination...."I bleed all over my model." He didn't come back to architecture the next year. So, I think this t-shirt would play very well with the architecture crowd and would seem sufficently bizarre to the general public.

I too have an index finger as a thumb, so this shirt design had a powerful effect on me.
